1. Preamble

The access and use of the "www.dorlindon.com" website (from now on "Website"), as well as the purchase of products on the Website are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Use.
The user that accesses the Website (from now on "Customer") will be considered acting on the assumption that has read, understood and accepted these Conditions.

The products commercialized within the Website (from now on "Products") are supplied and sold directly by Dorlindon, 278 Glasnevin Avenue, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, Ireland, email address info@dorlindon.it, owner of the registered trademark "Dorlindon" (from now on "Dorlindon") and of the "www.dorlindon.com" website.

Dorlindon reminds his Customers that if they need assistance, they can access the Customer Care area, where they will find information on orders, shipping, on refunds and returning products purchased on the Website, a registration form, tips and other general information on the services provided by the Website. They can always contact Dorlindon by email at customerservice@dorlindon.it.
For any other legal information, Customers can go to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy pages of the Website.

Dorlindon may amend or simply update all or part of these General Terms and Conditions of Use. Any amendment or update will be posted on the Home Page of the Website as soon as they have been made and will be binding as soon as they are published in this section of the Website.

Therefore, Customers should regularly access this page of the Website in order to check the publication of the most recent and updated General Terms and Conditions of Use. If they do not agree to all or part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, they are invited not to access neither use the present Website.

Finally, as any item will be downloaded or achieved through the use of the service choosen by the Customer and at his own risk, responsibility for damage to computer system or loss of data after download falls to the Customer and could not be charged to Dorlindon.
Dorlindon declines any responsibility for damages due to inaccessibility to services in the Website or damages due to virus, damaged files, errors, oversight, failure of service, removal of the contents, errors in connection to the network, provider or data line and/or data processing, unauthorised access, alterations data, missed and/or faulty operating electronic equipment of the user.
The Customer is responsible for the safekeeping and the proper use of his own personal data, including credentials that permit the access to the reserved services, as well as any harmful consequence or prejudice against Dorlindon, namely against third parties due to the uncorrect use, loss, stealing of these informations.

These General Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by Irish law.
