OSHO® Meditation plan

These Meditations are designed by OSHO® to allow a creative mix of techniques that will enable you to fully enjoy and relax the body and mind.

There are a total of six Meditations to choose from. Maximum capacity is 30 people per group.
Each meditation is one hour long and involves active participation.

1) Nadabhrama

A humming and hand movement meditation that brings the whole body into unity, creating harmony for the body and the mind.
There are three stages. The meditation ends with three gongs.

2) No Dimensions

An active centring meditation based on Sufi techniques. Using the breath and body coordinated movements.
Followed by whirling. Your energy becomes centred in the Hara.
This meditation has three stages and ends with the sound of three gongs.

3) Chakra sounds

This meditation uses vocal sounds to open and harmonise the chakras or energy centres while bringing awareness to them. It can bring you into a deep peaceful inner silence through either making your own vocal sounds or just listening.

  1. Root chakra
  2. Sacral chakra
  3. Solor plexus
  4. Heart
  5. Throat
  6. Third eye
  7. Crown chakra

This meditation has two stages and ends with three gongs.

4) Gibberish Meditation followed by Golden light

This meditation has three stages. First stage emptying the mind with gibberish using non sensical language, scream shout dance laugh cry, do it in totality and really empty the body and the mind. Followed by the energy of golden light entering the body in waves to replenish and restore the energy.
This meditation ends with three gongs.

5) Kundalini

This meditation has four stages and each stage is guided by the change in music.
First stage: Shaking be Total, be loose just allow the trembling to come into the body.
Second stage: dance like nobody is watching.
Third stage: be still allow the energy to vibrate and move through your body.
Fourth stage: silence.
This meditation ends with three gongs.

6) Chakra Breathing

It is a one-hour, active meditation designed to open, energize, and bring awareness to the seven chakras through deep, rapid breathing and gentle body movement. It involves three cycles of breathing up the chakra spectrum and back down, accompanied by music, followed by a final, silent sitting session.
